Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products carried out on the website zazipet.com (hereinafter “the Site”) between the seller designated in Article 2 and any individual acting for non-professional purposes (hereinafter “the Client”). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC, which are accessible at any time on the Site.

Article 3 — Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy (photographs, size guide, colors). Colors may vary slightly depending on the Client's screen settings. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Shipping costs are indicated before the order is confirmed and are charged in addition, unless free delivery applies under current conditions. ZaziPet reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price displayed when the order is validated.
Article 5 — Order
The Client selects their products, adds them to the cart, enters their contact details, chooses their delivery method and then confirms their payment. The order is final once payment is confirmed. A summary email is sent to the Client. ZaziPet reserves the right to cancel any order showing an anomaly or involving a previous payment dispute.
Article 6 — Personalized products
Certain products (e.g. engraved collars) are made according to the details entered by the Client when ordering (name, phone number, text). The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and spelling of the information entered. In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, these products made to the Client's specifications are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. They remain covered by the legal guarantees (Article 11).
Article 7 — Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, using the methods offered on the payment page. Transactions are secured and encrypted by our payment service provider; ZaziPet never has access to the Client's full banking details.
Article 8 — Delivery
Products are delivered in France and in European Union countries, to the address provided by the Client. The delivery time is 3 to 10 days from order confirmation, depending on the product. A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment. Detailed terms can be found on the Delivery page.
If delivery is delayed beyond this period, the Client may, after having instructed ZaziPet in writing to deliver within a reasonable additional period, terminate the contract if delivery does not take place within that period (Articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). The sums paid are then refunded within 14 days.
Article 9 — Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Client when they take physical possession of the products (Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code).
Article 10 — Right of withdrawal
The Client has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay any penalty, except for personalized products (Article 6). Return costs are borne by the Client. The terms (notification, return, refund) are described on the Returns and refunds page, which includes the standard withdrawal form.
Article 11 — Legal guarantees
All products benefit by law, independently of the right of withdrawal, from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): the Client has two years from delivery of the goods to take action; they may obtain repair or replacement of the goods, or failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract; they do not have to prove the existence of the lack of conformity during the 24 months following delivery;
- the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): the Client may take action within two years of discovering the defect and choose between cancellation of the sale and a price reduction.

Article 12 — Liability
ZaziPet cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, the act of a third party or the act of the Client (in particular an incorrect delivery address or incorrect personalization information). Products must be used for their intended purpose; the Client must choose a size suited to their pet and must not leave it unattended with an accessory or garment.
Article 13 — Personal data
The data collected when ordering is necessary to process the order. Its use is described in the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
Article 14 — Complaints
For any complaint, the Client should first contact ZaziPet by email at contact@zazipet.com. We are committed to seeking an amicable solution as quickly as possible.
Article 15 — Applicable law
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those designated by the ordinary rules of law; the consumer Client may bring the matter before the court of their place of residence.
