Delivery areas
We deliver to France and all European Union countries, to the address provided when ordering.

Delivery times
Your order arrives within 3 to 10 days of confirmation, depending on the product and stock. The estimated delivery time for each item (3 to 9 days or 5 to 10 days) is shown on its product page, with the expected delivery dates.

Shipping costs
- France: tracked delivery for €4.90, free on orders over €49.
- European Union: tracked delivery for €7.90, free on orders over €79.
Applicable costs are always displayed before you confirm your payment.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email to follow your package to your door. An order with several items may be delivered in several packages, each with its own tracking.

Late package
If your package has not arrived 10 days after your order was confirmed, email us at contact@zazipet.com with your order number: we will look into it with you and find a solution.

Damaged package
If possible, note any damage with the delivery person, then contact us within 48 hours at contact@zazipet.com with photos of the package and the product.

Delivery address
Please check your address carefully when ordering. If there is an error, let us know as soon as possible: we can no longer change it once the package has shipped.

Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to return an item (excluding personalized products). Details are provided in our Return and refund policy.
