In France and in European Union countries.
Delivery times
Your package will arrive in 3 to 10 days after your order is confirmed, depending on the product and stock. The estimated time for each item (3 to 9 or 5 to 10 days) is shown on its product page, with the expected delivery dates.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package to your door. Orders with multiple items may arrive in several packages.
Issues with your delivery?
- Delayed package: if your package has not arrived after 10 days, write to us at contact@zazipet.com, and we will look into it with you.
- Damaged package: if possible, note any issues with the delivery person, then contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- Address: please check your address carefully when ordering. In case of an error, let us know as soon as possible; we cannot modify it once the package has been shipped.
