Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item, without having to provide a reason.
Excluded: personalized products (engraved collars, personalized tags, etc.), made according to your specifications (Article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code).
How to proceed
- Notify us within 14 days by email at contact@zazipet.com, including your order number and the item(s) concerned. You may also use the withdrawal form below.
- Return the item within 14 days of your request to the address we will provide via email, in its original condition and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
Items must be returned complete. You may be held liable for any depreciation resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the items (for example, clothing that has been worn and washed).
Refunds
We will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your request, including the initial delivery costs (at the standard delivery rate), using the same payment method used for your order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof of its return.
Defective or non-conforming item?
Contact us upon receipt at contact@zazipet.com with your order number and photos. Depending on the situation, we will offer you a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you. This also applies to personalized products (engraving error on our part, manufacturing defect).
